The apartment

Nice and bright flat of 40 square meter located in the Carré d’or of Nice and at 200 meters only from the sea. You will appreciate the height under the ceiling of the living room. This flat is composed of a mezzanine (about 1.65m high ceiling) which includes a sleeping area (bed in 160cm x 200cm) and storage for clothes.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, cooktops and dishwasher) and offers all the necessary comfort.

Apartment with a living room (2 seater sofa, armchair) for a convivial moment and why not a TV evening (internet subscription channels) (TV 80 cm / 32 inches).

There are multiple storage units (wardrobes and cupboards on the mezzanine floor, cupboards, chest of drawers and shelves in the entrance).

The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.

Our accommodation is also equipped with an armored door as well as double glazing for your comfort.

In summer, this apartment can be ventilated thanks to its 3 large windows and we added fans if necessary. In winter 2 heater (one in the bathroom, one in the living room) can be used.

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor (street side) of the building, the latter having an elevator.

Guests access

The whole accommodation is at your disposal, including an open kitchen that contains the basic products if you want to cook as well as the necessary for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar).

In the same way for the bathroom, there will be soap and shampoos at your disposal.

Linen and towels are provided.

Fully renovated in 2018, you will enjoy its comfort. Idealy located 5min walk form the train station “Gare de Nice Ville” and 9min walk from the beaches and city center. You will also like to walk to this street which goes directly at the famous Negresco Hotel.

Nice and bright flat of 19 square meter located in the Quartier des Musiciens (Musicians district) of Nice and at 750 meters only from the sea. You will appreciate its modern design. This flat is composed of sleeping area with an atrium (bed in 160cm x 190cm).

The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, fridge with freezer, cooktops, washing machine) and offers all the necessary comfort.

Apartment with a living room (1 armchair / 2 stools) for a convivial moment and why not a TV evening (internet subscription channels) (TV 80 cm / 32 inches). For dinner you will be able to use the wall mounted folding table.

There are multiple storage units (chest of drawers and shelves in the entrance).

The bathroom has a big shower and big barber mirror.

Our accommodation is also equipped with an armored door as well as double glazing for your comfort.

For breakfast and at night you can enjoy the little balcony with 2 stools and a folding table.

In summer, this apartment can be ventilated thanks to its air conditioning.
