Bright and very well located to enjoy the activities of the city center and transportation means.

The apartment

Nice and bright flat of 40 square meter located in the Carré d’or of Nice and at 200 meters only from the sea. You will appreciate the height under the ceiling of the living room. This flat is composed of a mezzanine (about 1.65m high ceiling) which includes a sleeping area (bed in 160cm x 200cm) and storage for clothes.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, cooktops and dishwasher) and offers all the necessary comfort.

Apartment with a living room (2/3 seater sofa, armchair) for a convivial moment and why not a TV evening (internet subscription channels) (TV 80 cm / 32 inches).

There are multiple storage units (wardrobes and cupboards on the mezzanine floor, cupboards, chest of drawers and shelves in the entrance).

The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.

Our accommodation is also equipped with an armored door as well as double glazing for your comfort.

In summer, this apartment can be ventilated thanks to its 3 large windows and we added fans if necessary. In winter 2 heater (one in the bathroom, one in the living room) can be used.

Beach towels and umbrella for our summer travelers are also available, as well as a bed for children, a stroller and a bathtub for our guests with children (all on request).

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor (street side) of the building, the latter having an elevator.

Guests access

The whole accommodation is at your disposal, including an open kitchen that contains the basic products if you want to cook as well as the necessary for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar).

In the same way for the bathroom, there will be soap and shampoos at your disposal.

Linen and towels are provided.
